Sustained Health & Well-Being for Seniors
Kathleen Garvey, OTRL, CAPS
Occupational Therapist, Certified Aging in Place Specialist
Aging in Place: a plan designed for you
Would you prefer to age in place? Are you helping to support a family member with a chronic medical condition, including dementia? Do you have a plan for changing support needs? What might those be?
As an experienced project manager and occupational therapist with 15 years of experience helping older adults across the care continuum, I can collaborate to assess function, cognition and identify needs. With the goal of sustained health and well-being, we can figure out how well your current environment meets those needs. Together we will formulate a support plan to optimize assets and minimize barriers.
